Does anyone out there have a nice list of library functions and system
calls from BSD and their equivalent in System V that would be useful
in porting programs.  I'm in a UTS System V environment.  Also, I would
appreciate some hints making and documenting the changes - ifdef, macros,
or just edit the source.
