We are running Ultrix 32m ver 1.2 on a DEC microVax II.  I find that
the system accounting features (i.e. keeping track of who is using
what resources/programs when and for how long) are not adequate for
our purposes...

... is there source code out there for a utility which is better than
those found in Ultrix?  I'm particularly interested in something which
could keep track of system use via project numbers.
