Collected Algorithms from ACM (CALGO) is a publication of the Association for Computing Machinery. It is not a cheap set - I believe the three books (totalling about 600 algorithms) runs about $75, including a year's updates. This is to ACM members; I don't know what it is to non-members. Association for Computing Machinery 1133 Avenue of the Americas New York, New York 10036 Most of the algorithms are mathematical - "6. Bessel Function I, Asymptotic Expansion" "24. Solution of Tri-Diagonal Linear Equations" "91. Chebyshev Curve-Fit", but some are more general-purpose - "144. Treesort 2" "162. XYMove Plotting" (drawing a line on an incremental plotter) "199. Conversions Between Calendar Date and Julian Date".
