i was calling a friend last night.  we talked. i hung up.
suddenly, the phone rang. the instant i hung up.
i picked it up. there was a ringing on the other end, like i dialed someone.
i waited for someone to pick up the phone on the other end, but no one did.
were you home last night? maybe i was calling you.
try to be home tonight, ok?
