This one took our machines a long time to figure out, but we think we've
finally broken their system.  It is in fact a coded message to the rigid
Protocol and Bureaucracy enforcement agents hiding among us and it reads:

"How come?  With twice-warmed giblets I strike your hamster!  Paul Harvey
 is the antichrist, and we are all Rich Rosenen.  Rosens.  Rosenae."
