My feeble mind seems to remember it as

	Olle, Olle In Come Free

with meaning substantially the same as
other postings have had it.  I guess
I never thought about the "Olle" part.
I kind of thought it meant "All" and the
"y" was added to make the meter right.

	All, All in Come Free

just doesn't make it.
