I'm looking for a decent SW receiver. Criteria include:

	- several bands (including 31 meter)
	- environmentally robust (suitable for near-outdoor enrironment)
	- 12 VDC operation
	- digital tuning (not essential)
	- not too expensive

I'd prefer to buy used gear from someone, probably due to the last criterion.
