Their policy is to install the kit, run the LW+ in house, checking for bugs, and de-install if any bugs are found. They claim that newly-shipped kits from Apple are bug-free, but that a few bad kits are still floating around. On another note, I found that shopping around for the upgrade revealed a surprisingly wide range of prices, lead times, and turnaround times. Strangely enough, one computer store had the highest numbers in each category! -- Rex
