In the 3.X VMS doc set, the format of the  BACKUP journal file was given.
I can no longer find this in the current doc set, and was not able to
find any symbols in starlet or lib.  Does anyone have this in either
doc set?  It used to be an appendix to the utilities manual where the format
of accounting, monitor and backup was given.

I would like this information so that I can write a program to crunch the
journal files into a format that will enable us to allow users to request
backups of files that were backed up.  If anyone has a decent retrieval
system, I would like to hear about it as well.
