The only way I can see to do this is to give ownership of a queue to a uic, and put all potential users of the queue in that group. (This would cause some havoc with our accounting system.) Alternatively, I could set up a separate queue for each potential user. (That would cause administration problems.) It looks like I cannot put an ACL on a queue. So I ask, is there a better way to solve this problem?
