Subj:   running DECNET with PSI over permanent virtual circuits (PVC's)

We want to run DECnet, using PSI, over PVC's. Our only experience is
with DECnet running over PSI SVC's. Does anyone have an example command
procedure containing the required NCP commands to setup DECnet over
PVC's ?
