I was able to mail GIH900 OK, but learnt from him that local operating
procedures prevent him from shipping the stuff via ACSNET, and thence
out of the country.  I have a copy coming from Melbourne, so may be able
to offer UK distribution facilities.  If it's not *TOO* large, I might
be able to ship it over BITNET.  ** Phil.
