Since VMS V4 I have regularly received complaints that the quota information bore no relation to the 'true' file usage as determined by DIRECTORY. Having established (by using DISKQUOTA REBUILD) that this wasn't the result of a user losing files, I have 'fixed' this problem by telling our equivalent of NANNY to do a REBUILD at 6am every morning. Has anyone else had this problem? Is a real fix coming? Nigel Arnot JANET%UK.AC.KCL.PH.IPG::SYSMGR
