Initial response is: "oops". However, my dictionary says that both "so" and "sol" are correct. Apparently "so" is correct because of deviant usage (much the way that "comprised of" is correct). And on thinking about this, it seems to me that this makes "so" an even better choice for the album name, because it is even more obscure. He might say, "I can't use `sol' because its meaning would be immediately obvious. However here is this alternate, colloquial spelling which also means several thousand other things. Perfect!" -mm-
