	The NETBIOS meeting scheduled for Sept 29 at Stanford has been
postponed.  A new meeting date has yet to be selected.

	The package containing the proposals, slide copies and issue
discussions is still being prepared.  It will be sent to the participants of
the Aug 28 meeting in Monterey, CA.
