The result of my inquiry some days ago is that Mitre claims to have the only
Standard X.25 port on the Arpanet (installed about two weeks ago) with so far
nothing connected to it. They intend to connect a host soon, though.
 
I have not heard about any other *installed* Standard X.25 ports on
Arpanet PSNs.
