As of a few hours ago, seismo.CSS.GOV may ONLY be reached at the
host number 192.12.141.25. All other addresses should not be used as
they connect to another machine.

Please change this in your local host tables until the NIC has
incorporated them into the master tables.
Of course, if you are using a domain server, you will get the
correct address the next time you query the CSS.GOV servers.
