TI claims that no-one uses UNIX for DSP development with their 320x0
chips, and will only give us VMS tools.  Does anyone know of a
complete set of 32020 development tools (including download support
etc.) that will run in a UNIX environment?  We don't want to sacrifice
one of our VAXen to VMS to support DSP development when everything
else is UNIX (HP, SUN, and VAX).
