	My decwriter III (LA-120) has blown it's second custom chip
in less than a year.  Two questions.

1) What would cause this.  DEC says it is not normal to do that but could
not even give me any tips.  Power supply?? Interface??  Lightning??

2) Is there anyplace I can get DEC parts cheap??  DEC wants $50.00 for 
the chip.  I can't imagine a 50.00 chip.  It must cost them all of 
$5.00 to get in.
