	Hard to believe that there's worse than Reagan on the
	drug issue, but Mr DuPont (can't remember his first
	name) said that if elected president, he'd not only
	keep the Reagan view on drug testing but extend it
	to include schools.

	Well, that's O.K., kids aren't really citizens until
	18 anyway :-)
