When Reagan is finally dumped, all the investment tax shelters should be dismantled. Take a good look at what supply side economics has done to the midwest. I seriously don't understand how you expect the value to go up. Some computer on Wall Street someday is going to say, "SELL EVERYTHING". Reagan is merely forestalling the inevitable limit on growth.
