The value of this land will increase? Explain how, please. Why don't you
wait for someone to develop next to those sites? Then you can build condos.
Happen to know where anyone can get a loan in the midwest? When Reagan is
finally dumped, all the investment tax shelters should be dismantled.
Take a good look at what supply side economics has done to the midwest.
I seriously don't understand how you expect the value to go up. Some
computer on Wall Street someday is going to say, "SELL EVERYTHING". Reagan
is merely forestalling the inevitable limit on growth. Eventually the
economic question boils down to, " What's it worth to *YOU*? ".
Also, keep the ads out of net.general. Especially those that make wild
unsupported claims like " will increase in value ".
