A popular radio commentator in Chicago IL USA, Paul Harvey, says
that Nicolai Danilov advises Reagan on his trip to Reykjavik not
to let Gorbashev give him any envelopes ...

For those of you who didn't read the header, this is a joke, not
an international terrorist plot.  I thought it might be of general
interest, though.  Even in Iceland.
