Thanks to Jon and Tom for the tip.

The Computer Graphics Metafile was accepted Aug. 27, so the 
X.3 Sec. (Washington, D.C.) isn't allowed to distribute it
any longer. ANSI (New York, NY) won't publish it for a few
months. After five calls back and forth, I gave up.

Can we get a copy of the draft from someone who has it? We
will pay duplication and shipping costs.

And people wonder why standards aren't readily adopted...
