I am in need of some detailed information on how DOS goes about loading and executing EXE and COM programs. I would like to be able to have a memory resident routine get control just before the EXE or COM program gets control. I have tried intercepting the EXEC interrupt, but it seems that DOS does not use it. Any ideas, pointers, references, etc. would be very appreciated! Rick Brown ihlpa!reb2
