Just for your info:

Scribe (a large scale text processing system that is very well thought
of) is capable of both generating postscript output and including
postscript documents in Scribe documents.  Scribe runs on everything
from DECSYSTEM 20s to VAXes to Suns to mainframes.

Also Interleaf (a major WYSIWYG publishing package) has just announced
Postscript support.

QMS, a major maker of laser printers for mainframes, now supports
Postscript as their preferred interface.

There are lots more examples that I can't pull of the top of my head
at the moment.  However, from what I know at BBN, Postscript is likely
to become THE standard in the publishing world.
