I need some help with a parallel problem. Actually, I don't need to do this anymore, but it would be nice to know what I should have done. I wanted to transfer some files from my old computer to the Amiga by way of the parallel port [don't ask why]. It didn't work, in fact the Amiga more or less refused to grant an ACK. By bringing down ACK, I was able to get something across, but of course most of the characters where dropped. I tried playing around with the cable some more with varying degrees of success, but none usable. Any ideas? Thanks. By the way, I think Brattacus is terrible. -Dan
