Lines: 22 Keywords: Bugs, uudecode, really odd I have been trying to get a correctly functioning version of MicroEMACS 3.7 for about a month now. The latest experience is worth passing along. I tried the download and uudecode on the ST with three different (posted) decoders, and had a variety of failures, and not getting a functioning ME3.7. Finally, after uudecoding on our VAX (bsd 4.2) I was able to download a binary version and (taa-daa!) it came up fully functional. However (here's the good part), while it runs beautifully, it expands EVERY space to a tab character (Believe it!) I'm not sure what the probabilities of this happening are but they certainly help one believe he or she can win a state lottery. Bottom line...could somone repost the encoded and (please..on my knees..) sources?
