Summary: megamax c update info

I talked with the Megamax people at the San Jose Atari show, and they stated
that an upgrade to version 1.1 was available (and in fact if I had had my
master disks with me they would have done the upgrade on the spot).

It was also stated that a future version (a couple of months away???) would
have at least an absolute code generation option, thus removing the 32KB
segment limit.
