Is it possible to write C applications under OS/9 and have them run under
GEM?  This would be ideal.  I suspect that the necessary library/glue
routines don't exist yet.  Is this the case?

It's important that the ultimate output of the OS/9 compiler run under
GEM without any proprietary run-time support code.
