I have ST-TERM from Commnet Systems v2.0.  It has a fairly complete 
vt100 mode.  I have been able to use it with eve on vms, and with
vi on unix without any problems.  It does lack 132 column mode, and
half and double size characters... and some other esoteric features
such as a reverse video that works consistently.

all in all I would probably buy it again...
