Not having uudecode for the ST, I have been doing the decode on
Unix and then Kermitting (?) the result to the ST. So far, none
of my programs has worked. Should it? Is there anything inherently
wrong with this approach?

I have tried this on Uniterm (which appears to have other problems
anyway, judging by the news going past), arc (which I would really
like to have), and Mandlbox.
