I have been moved from ISID to a different host, ISIA (26.3.0.103).  My
new address is DYOUNG@A.ISI.EDU.  Also, the OmniCom files have moved to
<DUMMY> directory on this host.

Could all the people that have fetched OmniCom from <DUMMY> on ISID
please send me a note so that I can get an idea of how well this method
of distribution does.
