It is not the "NEW" version which is listed as being compatlble with the 64/128 and the 1541. My mach5 "works" with my 64/1541 but does not boot-up with my 128/1541. The screen remains dark and the keyboard does not function. Is it because I have an old version or is my 128 expansion port bad? I use the Epyx fast load cartridge in the port and it seems to work,i.e.it boots up in the 64mode and the functions seen to work. Can my expansion port still be bad and is there any way I could test it out to be sure? I do not use the disk that came with the cartridge as it was not useful to me. While using my C64, the disk was not necessary for my applications. Thanks, Steve M. ihnp4!mtund!srm
