A C64 graphics library written in C is available on the C-Power bulletin
board system (punter BBS).  The filenames (in the download section) are
grafpak.h grafpak0.c grafpak1.c grafpak2.c; the documentation is in grafpak.doc;
a sample main program which uses the package is in gdriver.c; I believe there
is also a "fill" routine which complements this package, also on the same
BBS.  Registered C-Power users can access the BBS by calling 1-416-276-6811
24 hours a day.  You will need a "punter" terminal program (i.e. one that can
download using old or (preferrably) new punter protocol.  The BBS also supports
baud (enter a carriage return once you have connected).  Beware of the phone
bill though - you are calling Ontario.
