I am looking for the information on the physical format of
the c64/c128 floppy file system (floppy format information,
file allocation tables and where they are on the floppy,
directory information and where it is on the floppy, etc - the
whole ball of wax).

I would greatly appreciate anyone who either has access to
such information or knows where I can obtain it to reply either
by electronic mail, or by calling me by telephone (collect if it
is a toll call for you).
