I rang up Think Inc today to see how they were doing with the update to
Lightspeed C .. the statement was that letters describing the upgrade (time
and $$) will be going out the door soon to registered owners. If you don't
have LS C and want it, I'd wait and get the updated version as it sounds
worth waiting for.

I also asked them if they had any plans for an object-oriented LS C for the
Mac. They are investigating the matter and indicated that if people have
strong feelings as to the direction they should go (C+- (whatever that is),
something like objective-C, or full blown C++. I put in my vote for C++.
