In case anyone is interested the following two bugs have been found
in Radical Adventure.  These do not include numerous spelling and
grammatical errors in the text.

The bathroom door is not suppose to be an object to put in your
knapsack and take around, just open and close it.

The crystal ball does not work so ignore it.

If anyone is interested I have another public domain game written in
the same format.  The adventure is small, only 12 rooms, but takes
over 600k of space because of extensive use of digitized sounds.  I
doubt that it is worthy of posting but if anyone really wants it I
will mail it to anyone who sends me a disk and an SASE.  It only
requires an 800K disk drive and will run on a 128K Mac with such a
drive.
