Please respond by either mailing to him, mailing to me or sending a followup and I will feed all responses back to him. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Does anyone know of a company called Lutzky-Baird? They have apparently produced a plug-in board for the Z8000 and application s/w that makes the Z8000 look like an AppleTalk node to a Mac. Presumably it can spool LW output. Do you know of any similar products? We have an LW connected to an Altos SysV and also some Macs. We would like to spool LW output from the Mac via the Altos system over RS232 lines. I know about SEAGATE but that's not really applicable in our case. I've been trying to get hold of Inside AppleTalk and Inside LW without much success. So, can people who have done or tried this tell me whether the output from the LW driver can be diverted and if so how (or where to look to find out). It must be possible as several sites (Rochester, Michigan...) appear to have working spoolers (?). Also someone in Holland whose name I've now forgotten. Before we spend time reinventing the wheel, does anyone have such a product available; the people I work for may be interested in distributing/marketing such a product for you. Mail to sakw@uk.ac.sussex.cvaxa will get to me; sorry, but I no longer have direct access to Usenet or Arpanet as I no longer work at Sussex.
