I have posted Day/Month Edit to net.sources.mac.  This is a utility program
that allows the day and month names in the system file to be edited.  It is
also possible to change some parts of date formatting.

I posted it to net.sources.mac since that is the traditional newsgroup.
Should I post to mod.binaries.mac too/instead?
