I'm curious because I have a $1.8K order pending with them and wouldn't like to be burned if they are a flaky company. Reasons why I purchased thru them are: 30 day trial period, no shipping costs, 1 year warranty on all parts, and price. Let me know if I should rush to the phone and cancel my check... Lonnie.
