We have obtained the following results on a Compaq 386,
using Microsoft C 4.0 under Compaq DOS 3.1, with the following
version of Dhrystone:

 *	Version:	C/1.1, 12/01/84
 *
 *	Date:		PROGRAM updated 01/06/86, RESULTS updated 03/31/86


All compilations were performed with options /Ot (optimize for time),
/G2 (80286 instruction set):

  *  On result printf, the second digit in the Version string is
     corrupted, and the message "error 2001: Null pointer
     assignment" appears.  (It behaves the same way on an IBM AT.)
