It is Hayes compatible, auto dial, auto answer and has a speaker. (Of course the fidelity leaves alot to be desired) I got it mail order from Worldwide Access (818) 703-7996; they were very pleasent, and I got it in about 5 days UPS. I'm pleased with it.
