I bought my first one about two years ago, and was very pleased to find that it came with a complete programming guide. About one year ago, I bought two more, for clients of mine. I was surprised to see that absolutely no programming data was included. The only books provided were designed to help someone using either Lotus 1-2-3 or PC-Paint. I called Tecmar about this and was treated very rudely. Apparently, some "businessmen" have taken over, and they no longer hand out programming data to everyone. If you can persuade them you are valuable to their goals, you can a get some internal documents. Otherwise, tough sh*t. My primary use for the card is as a high resolution graphics display on the IBM mono screen. It will show a 720H x 702V (no typo, it's really 720H x 702V) image, with two bits per pixel, on the mono display. Buy it if you can get the books you need. -Steve Miller ihnp4!bellcore!bambi!steve
