The LaserWriter uses XON/XOFF and the PC uses something else. I've used two solutions: 1] A speciallized card (e.g. MacBridge) that lets the PC use the Appletalk connector. (Handy if you also have a MacIntosh) 2] A serial printer buffer that can convert the protocols (e.g. MicroFazer). The ultimate solution is to buy a LaserJet+ :-) -- - Dave Fetrow "CP/M is nice because it has no more than 64K*8 errors per tick." {ihnp4,tektronix}!uw-beaver!entropy!fetrow :UUCP fetrow%uw-entropy@ms.washington.beaver.edu :ARPA fetrow@UWALOCKE,7833117@UWAVM :BITNET 74175,1724 :Compuserve
