I am looking to purchase a graphics library/package that has the following
characteristics.  Any leads would be appreciated.

    1) interfaces to Microsoft Pascal, (and secondarily) FORTRAN under
         MS-DOS

    2) provides plots on CGA (even better hi-res mode of AT&T 6300 mono
         display), along with hardcopy on IBM Graphics Printer or HP
         LaserJet

    3) allows the simultaneous plotting of multiple datasets

    4) provides labeling options, automatic scaling (with manual override
         capability), and other miscellaneous user-oriented features.
