     Either one of two purposes:

     1) It is the time on the clock when the burger was made. Said
	burger should then be thrown away 10 minutes later, if not bought
	by then.

     2) It is the time the burger should be thrown away if it isn't bought,
	taking into account the 10 minute shelf life.
