RN was written by Larry Wall (sdcrdcf!lwall).  He still maintains it
and issues patches.  If anyone needs it, and none of their neighbors
has it around, they should contact their nearest mod.sources archive
to get a copy.  If you don't know the name of your nearest archive,
then you should contact me, the moderator.

RN is amazingly popular (with good reason), and it is hard to imagine
that nobody nearby has a copy they can give you.  It might be a bit
harder keeping up with all the patches.  I have them all, in the official
copy of the mod.sources archive (untouched; we run notes...)
