Has anybody got a copy of 2.10.3 news "control.c" where the "c_checkgroups"
function works?  In function c_checkgroups, there's the line:

	(void) sprintf(bfr, "%s/checkgroups %s",
		ARTICLE, LIB, (TELLME && *TELLME) ? TELLME : NEWSUSR);


This line is *supposed* to be effectively:

    /usr/lib/news/checkgroups [userid] < body of article

And it obviously doesn't.....  (PS: I think the file "ARTICLE" is non-existant
at this point anyways)
