Rick forgot to mention "Ln".  The meaning of the "L" flag in sys
files has been extended.  You can say "L1", "L2", etc, instead of
"L", meaning that articles posted within "n" hops of you go out to
the specified host (this was available previously as a patch to
2.10.2).  "L0" == "L".
