It seems that when seismo switched over from a 780 to a Sun-3, a mail
problem developed.  Don't know details.  Just that mailto seismo is
getting bounced back, at least in the DC-VA-MD area of the US.  (and
Rick Adams went on vacation.... how dare he :-).)
